TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering for the 3-Month Mentorship Program, the applicant agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. The program is open to law graduates with 1–2 years of experience and final-year law students currently enrolled in a recognized law program. All information submitted must be accurate and authentic. Any misrepresentation may lead to disqualification.
2. The applicant shall apply via LinkedIn post. No direct emails or messages shall be entertained.
3. The program shall run for a period of three months on-site training under the mentorship of Partner/Senior Partner. This shall comprise of Training with the litigation team of Ab Initio Legal LLP, the corporate team of Ab Initio India LLP and the Legal Department of a reputed multinational or large corporate (“Host Organization”). The exact sequence and structure of the rotation may be adjusted based on internal or external requirements at the discretion of Ab Initio Foundation.
4. A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of ₹499 is mandatory to apply. This fee does not guarantee selection into the program. If a candidate is not selected, the fee may be adjusted against any Ab Initio program in the future. QR Code Below.
5. A total of 4-5 Applicants shall be selected following an Interview process.
6. No refund or fee adjustment will be provided once a candidate is selected.
7. Participants may be eligible for a monthly stipend ranging between ₹5,000 to ₹15,000, depending upon the attendance, professionalism, punctuality and efficiency.
8. Participants are expected to maintain the highest standards of workplace culture throughout the mentorship. Any misconduct, violation of host organization rules, unapproved absence, or unethical behavior may result in immediate termination from the program, with no entitlement to stipend or certificate.
9. A certificate of completion will be issued only to participants who successfully complete the full three-month duration and receive satisfactory evaluations from all hosting entities.
10. Participation in the mentorship does not constitute an offer of employment, nor does it guarantee any future job placement with Ab Initio Foundation, its affiliates or partner organizations.
11. Selection of the applicant shall be at the sole discretion of the participating organizations, with no recourse of any kind whatsoever. The decision of the Host Organization shall be final and binding.
12. Ab Initio Foundation reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule the program or any of its components without prior notice.
13. By registering, the applicant consents to the use of their name, photograph, and limited professional background for non-commercial promotional use by Ab Initio Foundation.
14. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
